Click on the "add to knowledge base" or "edit knowledge base article" links. You will be prompted for a password. Use one of the login/password pairs from the htPMS example: user/abc123 admin/abc123 If these don't work: go back to tgd-inc.com home page find the htPMS description click on the link which resets the passwords If you are editing an article that already exists you will have to the article you wish to edit from the list. When the add-to/edit window comes up type away. When you are ready hit the button at the bottom of the page. Note: you can not have two articles with the same name Note: if two people are editing the same article at the same time the person who submits first wins Note: you can not delete a kb article from the web interface. you can, however, rename any article and change all the contents of it. if you really want to delete an article then you will have to have shell access to the web server, delete the appropriate file from the kb directory, and remove it from the .order file
